How does the free tier work?
The Starter plan is free forever. You get a single domain with basic honeypot and tarpit coverage. No credit card required to sign up.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What happens when I exceed limits?
We will notify you before you hit your plan limits. You can upgrade at any point, or we will gracefully pause new deployments until the next billing cycle.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Enterprise customers can deploy ShadowGuard on-premises or in their own cloud environment. Contact sales for details.
Do you offer annual billing?
